ABOUT US
We are a San Antonio-based company specializing in creative structures. Initially, we focused on playhouses, but we have since evolved to construct small dwellings, cabins, and playground. Our process is straightforward, encompassing design, material sourcing consulting, and project management from start to finish.
Our Services
Design Service
We provide concept design services to help you visualize your project. Additionally, offer design development leading to construction drawings and engineering. Our expertise lies in small structures and playgrounds, with our designs aiding in determining material costs and overall budgets. Please note we are not architects or engineers; these services are subcontracted our associates.
Material & product Sourcing
We offer material sourcing and budget development as part of our services. Our standard rate is cost plus 20%, but we are willing to negotiate a competitive rate for large-scale projects.
Project Consulting & Management
We provide a comprehensive solution by either consulting on your project's execution or managing the entire project for you. We usually ask that owners selects a contractor of their preference, but we can also help sourcing trades to complete the job.
